IBP Part of Public Service

-->
Nowadays, so many people are seeking for help..
Money? Above all.
House? Second one!
But some of them are hoping for justice;
They are looking for someone to lean on.
And some of them need help for legal matters.
And this is what we called…
Poverty and PROBLEMA!

As part of my work here in GMA Network, I usually entertained hundreds of complainant’s everyday that needs help. Tulong!!!!

Yes!

Some of them are desperately ones, mga naabuso at naloloko!

And thank God I said, because for everyday that I am always encountered here at public service area, I am quite lucky for the reasons that I don’t have a bad experience like their problems.

The news and public affairs slogan, Walang Kinikilingan, Walang Pinoprotektahan, Walang Kasinungalingan, Serbisyong Totoo lamang is always above my mind every time I step in inside the public service quarter.

I look forward for the best to the complainant every time they please for help.
I want to see them happy before they leave the room.
I want them to be happy despite of their problems.
Yes, I want everybody happy in order for them to ease the pain that they are going through.
And probably, this would be the real meaning of public service.

So every time I referred them to any government agency, I make sure that the action must take in favorable to their concern.

Thanks God to the Government agency who play their role as true public servant also.

Last day, February 9, 2010, I prepare my self to a special interview.

I went to integrated bar in the Philippines o IBP for the some reason.

One, how IBP works here in the Philippines?
Two, how they are dealing with the complainant that I referred to them?
And lastly, I want to witness their duty as an attorney in the Philippines.

Deputy General Counsel Rodolfo Urbiztondo entertained me inside his office.

He discusses a lot regarding the existence of IBP here in the Philippines.
From officers to bylaws, I learned a lot… thanks for being nice one and for your thought and sharing.

And lastly, I notice Attorney Urbiztondo, wacky pala sya hehehe…
He tours me around their office.
From board room to legal department to IBP court, I enjoy every second counts while Attorney explain details by details.

Then afterwards, I met IBP officer in charge (formerly justice of Supreme Court) Satiago Capunan, say hi, hello attorney...
Then he taps my shoulder and he said...
Thank you for coming...
I am feeling too lucky, its my pleasure to met some one kagalang-galang..

Then they gave me souvenir, Kalendaryo. heheheh

My half day interview and visit IBP office is one of the memorable experience that I have been through.
This is the power of media and I need to flaunt it and treasure it.

And before I leaved the office, I told Attorney Urbiztondo, thanks for being a true public servant!
